- Performance analytics and reporting
The terms specific to any engagement — including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment schedules — are governed by a separate written service agreement entered into between Driving Force and the client. These Terms govern use of the Site and general interactions, and are supplementary to, not a replacement for, any such agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without liability.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of this Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
